Express Christmas

Today was fake Christmas at the Hutchinson house. Santa emailed us and let us know that he would come last night so we had our family Christmas dinner last night and woke up to presents this morning. Now we are off to Salina to celebrate with our families! Merry Christmas to all of you!

These kids are awesome! We had our annual church Halloween party on Sunday night and hit 6 houses in our lame attempt to trick or treat...to which they exclaimed, "This is the beat Halloween ever!"

The first days of school

So a couple things, 1. I am so bad about taking pictures so these are the only ones that I have of our first days of school, and 2. Our first days could have gone smoother! Grace has had a great couple of weeks. Drew and Bryce have already had the stomach flu. Everyone has had their sheets washed!! Drew only missed one day of school and Bryce didn't start until today so he didn't miss any school, but they both had it bad! I guess we should be thankful because it could have been worse!

Birthdays!!

August is the month of birthdays at our house. Grace celebrated her 7th birthday last weekend while we were in KC at my best friend from high school's wedding. She had a party the week before with her friends and like a good mom I took no pictures. She had a great time and had even more fun at the wedding! Bryce's 3rd birthday is today. It is crazy to me that he could already be 3. We will celebrate tonight by attending a Royals game at the K!! We are pretty excited and I even made really cute baseball cupcakes! My kids are so awesome!

Summer time!

Our summer has been flying by. We have had so much fun with friends. We have camped, climbed trees, had margaritas, played at the park, swam, ate ice cream, had VBS, visited friends in Colorado, and so much more. Grace also was in her first play this summer through the Manhattan Arts Center. She was Narrator 4/Zookeeper in a play that was written by the students.

My Mother's Day Present

It has been crazy here!!

So I know I have been a blogging slacker but life is crazy and who has time to blog!?!? February ended with my friends and I going to Grease in KC for my birthday. It was so fun! Then Drew's pokemon party. I think Drew had fun! For spring break we took a trip as the Hutchindownes to St. Louis. It was exhausting but we absolutely love spending time with the Lansdownes and we had such a good time! In April Bryce had his adenoids taken out which has seemingly made the green snot stop flowing! I didn't take any pictures that day because the anesthesia made him so sick I was catching puke most of the day! And now it is May. I am going to try and load my Mother's Day gift on the next post but until then enjoy all our pics!
